Artist's Comments

This is probably my favorite photo from last weekend, when the sun finally came out and I was able to get some photos that weren't horribly gloomy.

Prints of this photo are available. If you're interested, note me.

I am so jealous. It looks like spring where you are. The trees here in Maine are just beginning to bud. You can barely tell. The snow has finally melted and yesterday was the first day it reached 65 degrees. I can't wait for the spring flowers. I love the picture, it seems more about spring than the horse because of how you have it focused, but it is still partially about the horse. I like that the horse and the background are blurred out.

Thank you!

Yesss I love our short winters. I don't think I could survive the snow for more than a few days, I don't see how you do it.

Well, it gets tiring after a couple of months but I love Maine. There is just something about the place you are raised in. I don't know if I could ever leave it. But I do wish it would stop snowing in mid to late January, not early April!

Very lovely! :aww: I like how the horse is in the background and the flowers in the foreground are focussed
